These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ntumini Hub website, apps, and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

About the platform

Ntumini Hub provides technology that enables customers to discover and request services and property bookings from independent providers. Unless we expressly state otherwise, providers—not Ntumini Hub—are responsible for delivering the services and rental accommodation they list.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

For customers

When you place a booking request, you agree to provide the information needed to arrange it. A booking is subject to the listing’s availability, conditions, and any confirmation or payment steps shown during checkout. Review the listing details, dates, price, fees, and cancellation terms before submitting a booking.

The provider is responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for delivering the booked service or property. Contact the provider or Ntumini Hub through the available support channels if an issue arises.

For providers

Providers must submit accurate profile, service, property, pricing, availability, and payout information. Providers are responsible for having the rights, permits, insurance, and qualifications required to offer their services or properties.

Providers must honour confirmed bookings, keep listings up to date, comply with applicable laws, and treat customers fairly. We may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings or accounts that breach these Terms or platform policies.

Prices, payments, and platform fees

Prices, taxes, fees, payment methods, and any deposit or advance-payment requirements will be shown where applicable before a booking is submitted. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms.

Ntumini Hub may charge providers or customers fees or commissions as disclosed in the platform or a separate agreement. Provider payout timing and method depend on account eligibility, platform procedures, payment-provider processing, and any outstanding review or dispute.

Bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds

Booking change, cancellation, refund, and no-show rules may vary by service, property, provider, and booking type. Any applicable rules should be shown during booking or in the listing. Where a rule is not displayed or a dispute arises, contactcontact@ntumini.com.

A payment being initiated does not necessarily mean it has been successfully completed. Booking confirmation may depend on successful payment verification and the booking status shown in the platform.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Post false, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users’ accounts.
• Attempt to bypass payment, booking, or verification controls.
• Use another person’s account or information without authorization.

Reviews and content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. By submitting content such as a listing, photo, or review, you grant Ntumini Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the platform. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party services

The platform may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, maps, messaging, or hosting. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ntumini Hub is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address security or fraud concerns, or enforce these Terms. Termination does not remove obligations or records that must continue under applicable law or to resolve an existing booking, payment, dispute, or legal claim.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Ntumini Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing, provider, or booking will meet a user’s expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The updated Terms will apply from the date stated at the top. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Republic of Zambia / other applicable jurisdiction], subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights. Courts located in [venue] will have jurisdiction, where legally permitted.
